This topic is very vague to discuss it. But It will be funny to try it and helpful too. Some people think that the women have the same right with the men even if they are different biological with the men, the other persons are opposite with this idea that place the women on the same level with the men. In our society, today there are no much differences between the men and the women. Everywhere the women challenge the men. In some cultures in the past, there was no regard on the women. But these errors have been corrected by the valiant persons. What do you think about this chance that the women can have the same responsibilities with the men?

This is a good time to breathe little bit because we did a lot of job in elp classes. Every class was very busy to do the researches, homework and test. Sometimes, the different teachers think that they are the once teacher that you have. According to me, it is a good idea to invite the students to produce more. Especially my AW3 teacher asks to the student to think deeply. It was very tough for me during this first part to follow him because first to all, I do not have enough background in literature. Secondly, I work 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM and it is when I get off that I come to the class. So guess how I fell sleepy. Thirdly, I am transfer student from a French country that the name is Ivory Coast. Over there I was in my last year in engineering option computer science. It is after to have won the lottery green card I came here and I decided to continue my education. So many roles are different from my country to the USA. I will like to serve of my old knowledge in university to help me to figure out the different functions of those classes but sometime it matches but not every time. After the hard job in class, I have had a good grade and my AW3 teacher tells me I can exit this class. I was very proud of me because it is my first time that I can write one page of text in which we have a good introduction, good thesis statement, clear ideas and pretty good language. It is like if I won the amazing gift. Finally, my AW3 teacher is one of the guys who help me to increase my skills in English, especially my written. I am glad that he is my teacher and hope I will exit that class that my final goal about this class. Thanks teacher Ron Corio.

           Since the year, the people supposed smart, are those which have high grade in class. In fact, the teacher considers more and more the "good student". With this category of student, the teacher does not need to waste the time to explain the course or to make sure if the course was assimilated or not. This new theory came to deny this logic that there are different kinds of student. In the past, after the IQ result, the teacher knew how to make the content of the different courses. He did not care about the other students. All is made according to the student who has the best score IQ.

         But since the advent of this theory, the teaching is based on the general values and not personnel. We teaches more specific courses, and more comprehensible for all the students. The students are arranged on the same level. We know that the human have the progressive state. And also the meaning of intelligence depends of the context, the area, the time and the culture.  We do not need to link the intelligence with the IQ result. To measure the aptitude of the student in the end of his/her program, we focus now on his/her portfolio that is true.
