Scheduled Maintenance - July 8, 2005 at 4pm

Subject: Reminder: Bb System will be taken down on July 8, 2005 at 4pm

This is a reminder that the Blackboard system will be taken down on Friday, July 8 at 4pm to install additional hardware. The goal is to have the system back up by Noon on Saturday, July 9.

For future reference, the Bb Maintenance schedule is posted under the “My Blackboard” tab on the module labeled “VCU Bb Maintenance Schedule.” Please note the regularly scheduled downtime is the second and fourth Friday of each month from 4pm to midnight.

The Bb Maintenance schedule can also be found at http://www.vcu.edu/idc/blackboard/schedule/index.htm.

It would be appreciated if you would remind your students about the downtime schedule.
