Test created from Pools -issue when selecting questions from multiple pages

If you are drawing questions for a test from a pool that has more than 20 questions, you have to draw from each group of 20 at a time. When the questions display, select the questions you want and click Submit. Then you have to select the Pool again and select the next set. Basically you can not pick questions from one page, go to the next page and Submit. Have to do one page at a time

This is a known issue with Blackboard and their development team is working on it.

If your 2004 Fall Bb course was made unavailable and you would still like it to be available to the students perform the following:

1. Click on the Control Panel for the course
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Courses Availability
4. Make Course Available : Click Yes

See this URL for more details on making a course available:
http://www.at.vcu.edu/faq/bb/options.html#available

If you would like the course to not appear on your list of “My Courses you are teaching” but be able to get back to it later perform the following: (these steps do not delete the course)

1. On the My Blackboard Tab your courses are listed in the module labeled “My Courses.” To the right of My Courses is a ‘pencil icon.’ Click on the pencil icon.
2. There is column labeled “Display Course” – check to display course under My Course and no check will not display.
