Content Management System Rollout

The Blackboard Content Management System will become available to all VCU faculty, staff and students in July 2005. Blackboard users will be able to manage learning content and digital assets, and create e-Portfolios. The Content Management System allows users to create, store and share electronic files in and outside of Blackboard. The use of the system will provide one point of storage, access to e-Portfolio templates, minimizes duplication, and offers server based file sharing from any computer with Internet access.
