If a particular article is unavailable at VCU Libraries, not in print and not electronically, how can you get it? Try Interlibrary Loan. This video walks you through the process.

To request books that VCU Libraries does not own, go to Illiad and complete a book request. You will receive an E-mail when the book is ready for pickup at the service desk.
