Headache again!
Though the liabrary here is very convenient, and the liabrarian is very very nice, have a paper to write is not easy job at all!!
Anyway, i will try my best to finish the work!
Though my major is LAW, i decide to write something on the intl relations.
Law and Politics are close related. To some extent, law can be regarded as a tool serve for the politics. What's more? The law or to say rules establish by the governments cant be put into practice without the governmengts' force.
