Risk of treatment versus the risk of HIV replication

A commentary in this Week's Lancet is well worth raading. It reminds us that i it is 10 years since the first reports suggesting that combination highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) can potently and perhaps indefinitely suppress HIV replication.
