A new review just published in the American Journal of Respiratory Diseases shows that COPD from chronic bronchitis and emphysema is rising in women. They are catching up with and exceeding men as they continue to smoke while men are slowing down their smoking. Sometimes we need to learn from each other, not just repeat the same errors.
