Outlaw guns?????

This topic comes from the recent shooting in Wisconsin by an off duty sheriff's deputy. http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2007-10-08-wisconsin_N.htm?loc=interstitialskip#uslPageReturn
If we outlaw guns, people will just get them illegally. Would outlawing guns have taken care of the problem? Definitely not considering he was a police officer.

I am not so sure aobut this. This is a touchy subject and it seems that everyone has an opinion. To me there is no easy answer, but you are right, outlawing guns would not hsve stopped this!
