Throughout this fall, Virginia Commonwealth University will host a series of events celebrating its 40 years as a university.

A celebration recognizing the history of two of the MCV Campus markers — the Birthplace of Cardiac Transplantation and the St. Philip School of Nursing — with President Eugene P. Trani and Vice President Sheldon M. Retchin presiding.
