I had dream about China.  In my dream, I went back to China and I went some temples and I felt really happy by looking around temples.  China was my first place which I moved to another country.  It was really good and there is a lot of memories of my teenage age.  When I was in China, I learned about "Kong-zi", who was a Chinese thinker and social philosopher, whose teachings and philosophy have deeply influenced Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese thought and life.(by Wikipedia) He was really famous in my country, but I was not really interested in him.  However, when I was in China, I learned about him in my Chinese class.  His ideas(quote) were touched my heart. And I also, liked to read his theories.  Here are some his quote from him.

Those quotes are well- known to other people even though people do not know about him.  Sometimes, when I feel bad because I did something wrong, I get consolation from his wrote. Because of my dream, I remembered about China which has my teen-aged memorizes, and he made me calm my self again.

 I did not understand that every lyrics means but I liked those parts which said that

The music was really good and it made me thoughtful in my relationship with my people...

I chose this essay which topic was women in the military.  Many women began to serve the military.  They train as men have in the military.  However, most women are training with same sexes.  Because men are stronger than women, they have training separately.  I want to know how they are training differently in the military.  I also wanted to be a army.  It made me a nice heroine.  Women who entered to be an army need to exercise harder than other men because they avoid ignoring by men.  They can not have time to make them pretty.  Women need to training severity.  It would be very hard.  Women should be a very stronger than normal men.  Therefore, they should be healthy.  I could not be an army because I had gotten many surgeries while I prepared for army.  Many women have hard training then they teach other soldiers’ training after they be an officers, but women rarely to join the war. Also, it is not every woman have training in the military.  Some women soldiers go to the war and they work in nursing to help the patient men soldiers.  Women soldiers found in 19^th centuries.  This is not longer than men soldiers.  The goal of women soldiers were help to men soldiers in the past, but today women soldiers are also same training as men soldiers and they also have right to join the war.  There are also many women officers in the military and they teach men soldiers in training.  Most women officers said that they thought that they are not woman, or girl.  They said that they are soldiers not women soldiers.  They think that it was kind of discrimination of gender.  They do not want to follow their gender role.  For example, women disagree that they are weaker than men.  So they must to do training harder than men.  Even though they are physically weaker than men, their mind and concentration of spirits are needed to be stronger than men.  Many women want to get away from men as traditional gender role, so they make their efforts more than men.  Today, the traditional gender roles are difference in the past.  Women are also going to do work as men do in the military system.  I hope that women can join to war and fight with other enemies as men do. 

People can see in play ground that some children play with dolls and cars. Then people can figure out that they are girls and boys by gender roles.  However, if a boy plays with dolls, people can think that is unusual that the boy played with dolls. Therefore, biological, social and cultural factors are more important in shaping gender roles.  

When people know the gender of babies, they decide that how to teach them by gender roles.  For example, if people have boys, they teach their boys that urinate by standing.  Also, girls need to sit on the toilet.  Those activities are followed by shaping gender roles.  In Asia, people still think that they want boys more than girls.  They believe that boys have more power than girls even though women have power.  Today, there is a lot of women’s business who employed men workers but men bosses are still more than women.  On the other hand, there are many homosexuality people in the United States.  Some states allow that their marriage which called gay marriage.  They are ignoring that their gender role and they play in other gender roles. According the statistic of psychology, most babies whose from homosexuality parents, against homosexuality like their parents. However, people think that is unusual that homosexuality.  Even though babies against their gender roles, other people still believe that boys should play with toy cars and girls should play with dolls.  Also, as Christian believe that God made people differences.  According to Saint Paul, he said, “Wives, submit unto your husbands, as unto the Lord.  For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church”.  Therefore, biological, social and cultural factors followed by the shaping gender roles.  we should realize the three factors are very important to gender roles.

I did not really enjoy my fall vacation because I needed to make some costumes for musical which my church has on November.  I always woke up at seven o’clock in the morning, and I went to my mom’s store which is alteration shop.  After that, I used the sewing machine and made costumes. I felt tired when I made clothes for actors, but I could forget my tired feeling after I finished make the costumes.  I just learned sewing from my mom.  When I first learned to using the sewing machines, I felt afraid and scary of moving the needle. It was really sharp and I felt that I could prick with a needle. However, I can use sewing machine freely.  The musical which named “The Dream of Joseph” includes forty actors.  I am very proud of that I made their costume.  Even though I did not rest well on the fall break, my heart was full for making costumes.  By these experiences, I would like to make other clothes, and I changed to my mind to study fashion design.  I felt thank to my mom who let me made costume and made me interest in using sewing machine.  I am not really perfect in using sewing machine, but I will try to use that more and more and I also want to try to make my clothes.  I also would keep practice to use the sewing machine, and I want to help my mom who works in alteration shop.  Making clothes make me feel prudence and joy.  I can agree to my mom who said that she is always happy when she makes or alters for other people.  I am also proud of my mom now.  In my vacation, I did not rest enough but I learned one valuable experience.  I hope that this valuable experience would be affected my future life.

In the essay, Goleman argues that when it comes to predicting success in life, EQ may be a better predictor than IQ.  When I was in middle school, I had one friend who interested in music.  He never learned any music key from baby, but he can play same song by he heard the song.  We always called him that genius boy.  After that, he went to academy school and study music more detail.  Now, he works at police station.  He became a police man even though he was good at music.  I was surprise and asked him why he could be a police man.  He replied me that it was not successful only good at music.  He was not good at studying.  I could understand that if some person is a genius, he/she could not have a successful life in future.  Also, one another friend who I met him in high school, he got a licensed real estate agent when he was in high school.  He did not interest in school.  Then he stopped to go to school and he studied real estate himself.  He began to work faster than our friends and he became a rich person. Those are some kinds of EQ.  His IQ score was not high, and he did not like to study at school, but he knew that how make money faster than other people.  EQ is more successful life than IQ.  Even though some people’s IQ score low, they still can make money more than other people whose IQ score high.  They need to do their work hard for keeping their abilities in IQ score.  However, EQ is not as IQ.  Every people can make EQ by their experience and they can understand some situation through their life.  Many people who have higher EQ, almost they are living in successful life.  They save their money from their work and they find themselves by using money correctly.  I think EQ is more helpful to make successful life than IQ.

Internet is helpful our school assignment.  When I had homework about psychology, I need to understand that more detail.  So I researched internet for get more knowledge of psychology.  The text book, is also have many knowledge of psychology, but the words are little difficult to understand to me.  In internet, there are many information and examples of psychology without book, so I understand easier than finding in text book.  Also sometimes, I could see many main points of psychology in internet and I looked some pictures of psychology.  It is much better understand even though I did not understand words of psychology.  In other homework about school, I usually use internet for getting information quickly.  Also, if I do not understand English, I use Korean web site for knowing easier.  Internet also has translated part which English to Korean.  I need to study any part as English, it is little hard to me, so I use internet for getting knowledge easier as Korean.  Most of books are in general, so it is hard to catch the main points.  But internet has many main points.  However, I am not copying the main points in internet because of plagiarism.  Just knowing and understanding what that is mean, and use our words to do homework easier.  Most of students use internet when they could not understand their homework, and they could get information easier to do homework.  They need to do homework even though they do not understand.  Pictures are also including in internet.  If I still do not understand, I looked up picture which relate my homework, then I could understand by looking the picture.  Therefore, internet has more knowledge to understand easier than book.  Many teachers give us homework by researching, so we should use internet for getting more knowledge.  No one who is students can not use internet.  Some of classes are using lap top in class and they use blackboard to take class or taking note from class.  There are why internet is important to us.  I think that internet is one of the most important things in our life.
