Updated - Network Interruption Saturday, November 7 »

11/7/2009 10:45am - LANDesk@VCU website, On-Demand Remote Control, and the Management Gateway are on-line.

Due to maintenance done by Networking Services on Saturday, November 7 from 7:00 am until 7:30 am, all traffic to the Internet will be interrupted. During the scheduled maintenance, access to the LANDesk@VCU website, On-Demand Remote Control, and the Management Gateway will also be interrupted.

All systems should be back online by 7:30 am.

From Change Management:
User Description: This notice is to inform you that Network Services will be putting the ASA Firewall back in place at the Internet Border. The ASA has been upgraded and configured per Cisco's recommendation. We will be testing to see if the changes allow the ASA to properly handle the traffic from eVA. We will be testing and looking at the packets. If the ASA continues to mishandle eVA traffic then the PIX Firewall will have to be reinstalled. All traffic to the Internet will be interrupted during this time period.
