Error in Database Cleanup

Due to an error in weekly database cleanup, the LANDesk Revision number and Agent Installation dates have been removed for systems on ADM101. Because of this, it will TEMPORARILY appear that some systems are listed as "Broken" in the computer lists.

Once an affected system correctly returns its inventory scan to the ADM101 core server, the Revision Number and Installation date will be replaced and the system will no longer appear as "broken".

Additional testing has indicated that systems will need to perform a full inventory scan to correctly report the missing data. By default, this can take up to a week to occur, but in most cases should be within 48-72 hours. (The typical "daily" scan will sometimes only report bare-bones data unless a system undergoes significant changes.)

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The ASA has been upgraded and configured per Cisco's recommendation. We will be testing to see if the changes allow the ASA to properly handle the traffic from eVA.
