I don't like to buy things in Amercia,especially eat in the restaurant. For one thing I have to pay the tax which is really something that I want to pay. For another thing I have to give tips in the restaurant. I could not actually get used to it, because in my county we never have such things. But anyway, it is the Amercian way of living and no matter it is good or not I think I must respect it. And do as the Romans do.

Tax and tips always annoy me. All those stuff are expensive enough, but now with tax, oh man!
Talking about tips, I still feel embarrassed when I think about that little episode in VA beach. I gave the tip directly to the waiter! I didn't know what he thought at that time. Hope he wasn't angry with me. Anyway, we've learned something, which is good, huh? :)

Yes the tips thing gives me headache!Sometimes I just feel confused!But you are write,when you find yourself in Rome,just do as Romans do.

Yeah,
It is an experience for sure. I would take a while to get use to it but those waiters and waitresses are depend on those tips because they don't get pay much but live on the tips. So minimum is 15% of yout total bill.
