Freelance Opportunity - Midlothian Exchange & Western Chesterfield Exchange

Job Description:
We currently are seeking Mass Communication students who really want to see what being a freelancer is all about. It’s a-paid-per-assignment, use-your-own-equipment, hone-your-writing-skills, work-published-in-a-weekly-newspaper chance for students interested in the field of multi-media journalism at Midlothian Exchange and Western Chesterfield Exchange.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Freelance opportunities include sports, profiles, and some news features. Interested folks must have strong writing skills, an ability to meet deadlines and work well with the multi-media team producing webcasts and taking photos. Recommendations from journalism professors would be great.

Associate Director, Marketing - ESPN

Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract viewership of ESPN’s owned programming and the consumption of other original content across ESPN platforms. Work closely with ESPN Research Department to understand and monitor the current state of fandom, viewership and other forms of sport consumption. Qualifications:

Research Analyst for our Consumer Research

A leading manufacturer and marketer of consumer products, seeks a highly qualified Research Analyst for our Consumer Research department in Richmond, Virginia. This position serves as an internal consultant to key client groups with a primary focus on the company’s marketing organization.

An MBA or master's degree is preferred or the equivalent skills through demonstrated work experience.

Marketing/consumer Research experience REQUIRED in a consumer package goods industry environment!
Excellent leadership skills are required to lead cross-functional teams as well as effective problem solving and analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills along with careful attention to detail.
