Social Bookmarking
I like what Richardson says on p. 91, "It's starting to feel like you need your own army to help you keep track of all the information you might need or want." Perhaps social bookmarking is the answer, but it also feels like just one more thing I should have learned a long time ago.

Social bookmarking is sort of a new thing so it's definitely not something you "should have learned a long time ago". It can be a helpful tool for people who a)work on multiple computers b)want to be able to revisit websites that piqued their interest in the past c)come across a lot of information on the web that COULD one day be relevant or interesting but isn't at the very moment they are looking at it or d)have a community of people who are aware of each other's interests and want to share ideas, resources and inspiration.
I've been using del.icio.us for two years and I have a massive amount of links at my fingertips now, which is exciting because this week I'm into planning my wedding, a lesson plan about Ancient Egypt using Egyptian paste, and a ceramics lesson on pinch pot based creatures but next week I'll be onto some other topics and in using one bookmarking method, I will be able to access all of that information later if I need/want to. Also, I've connected with people in our field, like a professor at UF and we share links back and forth. It's like being in the classroom with him but only when the timing is good for me!
