Conference Eve

The NAEA conference starts tomorrow (it's the museum pre-conference day) and lasts until Sunday. Though the .pdf of the sessions is gone from their website, I noticed a few that relate to Web 2.0 issues. Today, I also received the CAA (College Art Association) call for presenters to join panels. Just a quick perusal of their sessions led me to find two on Web 2.0. How much is this trend taking hold in higher education? Hopefully, I'll find out! Also, at Barnes & Noble yesterday I saw an entire magazine devoted to facebook. It looked like it had all the newest tips and tricks to download and build your own customized aspects of it. There is a Stanford class that is completely on facebook and the students build new applications for it. Start thinking of some great ideas for conference presentations for 2009!
