The City of Richmond is beginning a project that will improve pedestrian safety at the Belvidere Street at Leigh Street and Belvidere at Clay Street intersections and to further enhance the appearance of the Belvidere corridor. This project will run until the beginning of December. Motorists should expect some delays during construction and alternate routes are highly recommended. Click here for more information.
