VRAM8 is now available for HTTP and IMAP users.
VRAM8 is currently unavailable. Students should connect to their alternate server, vramimap8c.vcu.edu via IMAP clients. Redirection should automatically occur when signing in via a web browser. For assistance, please contact the Technology Services Helpdesk at 828-2227.
Maintenance to student VRAM e-mail servers 1 - 12 will occur beginning Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at 4:30 p.m. Maintenance should be complete by 7:30 p.m. Students should connect to their alternate mail server during this time. Please contact the Technology Services Helpdesk for assistance at 828-2227.
Aspen3 Mail Server is now available.
The Aspen3 mail server is currently unavailable. Users should automatically fail over using the Lotus Notes client, connect to their alternate server of aspen3.vcu.edu for IMAP, or change the url string via a web browser from aspen3.vcu.edu to oak3.vcu.edu. Please contact the Technology Services Helpdesk at 828-2227 for further assistance.
The Aspen Faculty Staff Mail Server is available.
E-Mail Services staff are working on the Aspen Faculty Staff Mail Server at this time. Users should switch to Oak to access their mail. If signing in via the web, when the page displays are unavailable, users can change the word Aspen to Oak in the url string to access their database on Oak.
VRAM12C was brought back on-line at 7:00 p.m. and is available for student e-mail access.
VRAM12C is currently unavailable. IMAP users should connect to their alternate server of vramimap12.vcu.edu for access to their mail. Connections via a web browser are available.
At 3:30 pm, VCUnet resolved the network connectivity issue to the university's e-mail servers. All university mail servers are available. Please contact the Technology Services Helpdesk at 828-2227 for any assistance.
E-Mail Services is working with VCUNet in an attempt to resolve network connectivity issues to the university mail servers.
