Network Services Router Issue
Network Services is reporting an issue with a router on the VCU network. Two cards in this router need to be swapped out to ensure network operation. This has been scheduled for 5 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, and should be completed by 6 a.m. Should these router cards fail before the scheduled work in the morning the University will lose internet access as well as access to internal systems such as Blackboard, VCU MailAnywhere, and the myVCU portal.
