Email Services has reports on intermittent authentication issues via IMAP connections at this time. This has been reported to the eDirectory team for investigation. Users may connect via VCU Mail Anywhere or faculty/staff may connect via the Notes client software. Contact the Help Desk at 828-2227 for further assistance or to request the installation of the Notes client software.
