Mark your calendars: TechKnowledgy!

This conference is collaboratively sponsored by the VCU, ODU and JMU TTAC's. National speakers are invited to this conference to share best practices and state-of-the-art applications in assistive technology. It is designed for general and special educators, related services personnel, assistive technology teams, instructional technology specialists, administrators, family members and others interested in helping students with disabilities achieve success!

TechKnowledgy 2006 - November 6-7, 2006

9th Annual Assistive Technology Conference, Holiday Inn Koger Center, Richmond, VA

November 6 will feature a variety of commercial assistive technology exhibits and workshop sessions provided by
company representatives who will demonstrate and discuss the application of their products. Some featured companies include Intellitools, TextHelp, Don Johnston Inc., AlphaSmart, and others. Software exploration labs will also be available. These workshops are open to everyone on a first come, first serve basis.

November 7 will feature half-day or full day sessions on topics relevant to meeting the needs of students with
disabilities who are served in a variety of educational environments.
