]]> Unfortunately, the hydrolics developed a leak. Most likely this developed from the spring under the Northwest corner of the building. Additionally, the hydrolic (I guess you call it ) shaft, goes into the ground about forty feet. Imagine trying to extract that shaft and replace it. Wow, now that is complex.

The modules will be used in a temporary site during renovation and then moved to the renovated building. The four remaining small student practice rooms specified in the planning document will be constructed with standard construction materials.
