New Web Servers and Frontpage

VCU will no longer support Frontpage on the www.vcu.edu server, but continue to offer support on www.pubinfo.vcu.edu server. Sites not wanting to move to www.pubinfo.vcu.edu can remain on the old www3.vcu.edu server until the Summer of 2007. By this time they must choose to move to another server. At this time a Web Content Management System will be available to departments to use as an alternative to Dreamweaver and Frontpage.

Microsoft is discontinuing their support of Frontpage. It is being replaced with Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007 and Microsoft Expression Web Designer.
